CHILDMINDING

       Foreign nationals, an individual residence permit valid for at least 6 months is essential to be able to do babysitting in Turkey are being sought. The child to be cared for must be under the age of 15. Only female foreigners can work as a babysitter. If the caregiver is requested to be a male, it is required that the person to be looked after is also a male. ELDERLY CARE (DOMESTIC WORKER)

Foreign nationals, an individual residence permit valid for at least 6 months old condition of being able to babysit in Turkey are being sought. An elderly person in need of care is required to be at least 65 years old. If this condition is not met, it is not possible to employ foreign nationals.

If the caregiver is a male, the person to be cared for must also be a male and the elderly person must have a serious health condition. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security requires a committee report from a full-fledged hospital showing this situation.

COMPANIES AND PERSONAL COMPANIES

(COMPANY AND PRIVI TE COMPANY)

There is a foreign company or individual person the opportunity to work in companies in Turkey. The applicant party is doing in Turkey is taken residence permits valid for at least 6 months and then apply for a work permit is made with the necessary paperwork.

ESTABLISHING A COMPANY OR BECOME A PARTNER

(TO INVEST IN TURKEY, BECOME PARTNERS COMPANIES)

Foreign person may establish a company in Turkey, or the company may take over the joint (with the proviso that no less than 40% felt) may be are.

  

If the company is newly established, it is sufficient to have a paid capital of 100,000 TL. Within 6 months from the establishment of the company, it is obligatory to employ 5 Turkish citizens. For foreign partners of the company that does not employ 5 Turkish citizens, the application for extension is rejected by the ministry.

     

If the establishment of the company takes more than 6 months, the paid capital of the company, which was established and is a foreign partner, to obtain a work permit must be at least TL 100,000 and it must employ 5 Turkish people. If the paid-in capital is not 100,000 TL, gross sales must be 800,000 TL and above.
